Tahm Kench W (Devour) doesn't work with "Target Champions Only" [Gameplay]

This glitch has been around forever, and no one seems to care.

The "target champion only" button doesn't work on his Devour. When you press it you can still eat minions. Happens to me far too often, and looses me many fights (and even the game sometimes). Please fix.
