Make an Official Known Bug List

In looking over the "report a bug" section I see many bugs. Many of these bugs have been around for over 6 months. However, there is no way to know if Riot has actually seen these reports and are aware of these bugs. If Riot came out with an official bug list with a quick note on the bug, then we would know Riot is aware of the issue, and we wouldn't have to keep reposting the same old bugs.

Some possible problems with this idea are:

A) There are too many bugs to list. Response: If there are so many bugs that they are hard to keep track of, that's all the more reason to have a list where they can all be referenced easily.

B) Lets people know about bugs to abuse them. Response: If it is a game changing bug then the champion (or whatever) needs to be disabled until the bug is fixed (which is what Riot already does normally). If it is not a game changing bug then having people know about it is better.

It would also be nice (but I understand if Riot wouldn't want to do this) if Riot said when they planned on fixing the bug. There are some champs I would probably just stop playing so much if I knew the bug wasn't planning on being fixed anytime soon.

Currently I am debating whether to fill out a ticket with bug reports, because the bug reports here don't have responses from people in Riot. A bug list would fix this.

TL:DR: Make an official bug list to help with bug reporting and inform League Community of bugs.
