Katarina unable to cast spells.

Yesterday while playing katarina i did couple of kills and died. After respawning i was unable to cast my q, ulti and recall. (all good with keyboard, tried casting it with mouse, didn't help). I did reconnect, same problem, but then after i died it fixed and i was able to cast everything. But, it costed us a game :( Then after couple of games, i was watching my gf playing (name faf41), and katarina in her team had the same exact problem with her q, and after couple of deaths it fixed ( so i think it don't require reconnect), but i think it has to do something with new katarina's reset system. I main katarina and want it to be fixed asap :)
