Lifesteal Bug
LifeSteal seems to be bugging out and not working. I can't seem to get it to consistently activate but it seems to just randomly cut off and will not work again until you crit.

I have had this bug as well. I have video of it if a Rioter actually posts and is interested in fixing something, for once. It is not just a visual no +green bug, either, as I got no health at all despite heavy lifesteal stacking as Yi.
