[CLIENT] Rune page selection

Not sure when this started, but the runes displayed in champ select don't match the runes I get in game.

When selecting the rune page, I see two pages selected. (see link for two screenshots)

Selecting one of those pages correctly selects the runes.

On next game, the other page is again preselected, rather than the one played in the most recent game, thus reproducing the error from the beginning.

(i.e. before each game I have to reselect my runes, even if the runes show a correct page is preselected)
