Firecracker ward skin sound not working?

Has anyone else had this issue? Everything looks nice and cool except I can't hear the new placement sound. So far I have only had problems with the basic un-upgraded yellow trinket.

BTW I hardly ever go on these boards so it could take me a while to respond
