Ornn and Zoe Interactions
When I was playing Ornn with Zoe, I discovered I was able to use my E while Asleep. Is it normal for this to happen?

If you input a movement command before you're CC'ed your spell will complete and you will still be CC'ed if the CC duration isn't finished by the time your spell finishes. It's the reason why champions like Ez and Tristana can buffer CC and effectively avoid things like Blitz hooks.
