[Gameplay] Ezreal's Q is slightly longer in his ultimate skin than his other skins.

I've felt this for a long time, but have never been able to prove it since I don't own the skin. However, after watching several games with ezreals in them, I feel that I can conclude that there is a disparity between the two. It may just be the animation visuals being very vague, except others have noticed this as well, including several friends on my friendlist.

I'd just like confirmation that explains how testing this with two ezreals one with the skin, the other without, confirms that the ezreal with the ultimate skin can hit me, whilst I cannot hit him, with Mystic Shot.
