Losing Mastery 6 Token + Bug with Hextech Crafting?

I just played two games, roughly 12 hours apart (I can't tell, I spend all my time playing games and sleeping. I didn't even know it was Sunday tbh).

The first game I played was Jarvan IV in ARAM, where I went 18 - 11 - 37. I got an S- or an S, can't remember and can't seem to look it up, but I know I did get a mastery token.

The second game I played, about 10 minutes ago or so, I got an S playing Jarvan IV on Summoner's Rift. I also got a token from this game as well.

Knowing I had two tokens, I went to go get Mastery 6 from the Hextech Crafting section. It gave me an "Unknown Error" page, and said it sent details to the server. I can't get screenshots because it cleared up, however, I only seem to have one Mastery 6 token for Jarvan IV.

I don't know if it helps, but I did rush to try to craft the moment I realized I got my second token. I doubt this would be the cause of my token loss though.

In any case, I hope the logs the client sent can at least straighten out the Hextech Crafting crashes.

You can only earn mastery tokens on normal and ranked SR matches, you cannot earn them on ARAM, TT, or any rotating game modes. So you only earned a token for the SR match that you linked, you did not earn one for the ARAM match.

I did earn one during the ARAM match. That's the one that was in my crafting inventory BEFORE I played the Summoner's Rift game today. I got one yesterday, and I KNEW there was one in there. The issue is that I didn't get one from the Summoner's Rift game.

Also, I just earned rank 5 with Thresh in this normal game, and got an S as well. This game it told me I earned Rank 5 - Guardian, and then afterwards it told me I gained a token. I don't have the token, but I do have rank 5.

It's happened with me on other champions too, like Wukong and Ashe, but I don't have the match histories where that's happened, so I'm not posting those.

About the first issue with Jarvan, I still want to say that you are mistaken about receiving one during the ARAM match, because like I said before, ARAM does not grant mastery tokens. However, since I'm not you and I obviously don't know exactly what happened, all I can do is just guess. I could very well be wrong. I do know for certain, though, that if those are the only games you have gotten an S grade with Jarvan, then whatever happened ended with the intended result, as you should have only 1 mastery level 6 token.

As for the Thresh issue, there does seem to be an issue with getting an S grade the same game that you reach mastery level 5 with a champion. Either you weren't supposed to get the notification or the token, or you were but it wasn't given to you. I'm unsure which part is the bug. My guess is that you weren't supposed to receive the notification or the token, with my reasoning being you were still mastery level 4 during the game, but that's just my guess. I do hope that Riot fixes this issue soon.

Yeah, I'm thinking that's what is happening. I just played another game of Thresh (S+) and got the token. Maybe I hit Mastery 5 with J4 in ARAM and it's popping the notification even if you're not being given it then? That shouldn't be too hard to fix, though I think if you're hitting 5 with an S you should still get the Token. Ah well, more grinding for me then. :L
