Losing Mastery 6 Token + Bug with Hextech Crafting?

I just played two games, roughly 12 hours apart (I can't tell, I spend all my time playing games and sleeping. I didn't even know it was Sunday tbh).

The first game I played was Jarvan IV in ARAM, where I went 18 - 11 - 37. I got an S- or an S, can't remember and can't seem to look it up, but I know I did get a mastery token.

The second game I played, about 10 minutes ago or so, I got an S playing Jarvan IV on Summoner's Rift. I also got a token from this game as well.

Knowing I had two tokens, I went to go get Mastery 6 from the Hextech Crafting section. It gave me an "Unknown Error" page, and said it sent details to the server. I can't get screenshots because it cleared up, however, I only seem to have one Mastery 6 token for Jarvan IV.

I don't know if it helps, but I did rush to try to craft the moment I realized I got my second token. I doubt this would be the cause of my token loss though.

In any case, I hope the logs the client sent can at least straighten out the Hextech Crafting crashes.
