Akali Shroud Bug

Today I went into a Blind game playing K/DA Akali, whenever I stepped out of my base my shroud would do this. The shroud working perfectly normal in base, but once I was out of base and cast shroud this would happen. It showed up normal on other's screens and only bugged out on mine. I'm hoping this gets fixed soon
