Gameplay: Morgana Ult CD delivers the wrong ping

I was playing a ranked game as Morgana today, and I was attempting to ping the cooldown on my ult, and it said it was ready even though it was not. I tried it multiple times throughout the game, and so I ended up just verbally having to tell them because every single time i pinged it all it said was "R READY" I attached pictures of the game where you can clearly see the ult has been on CD for a while and it is NOT ready to use but the ping says ready anyway. Might be an issue on other champs spells and abilities.
