[GAMEPLAY] RE-Sweeping Lens changes AOE constantly

Everytime I buy and use sweeping lens in a game, it constantly changes AOE eg. At level 14 the AOE of the sweeping lens becomes the same as of a sweeping lens before level 9 and later the AOE increases and decreases again. Ive been noticing this a while now and it happens to me constantly every game everytime I use the sweeping lens. RIOT PLZ FIX
