[CLIENT] Can't connect to chat.

After the most recent update, the game wont let me connect to chat even if how many times I press the reconnect to chat button. I cant also see and type in the champ select chat box so It is hard for me to pick a role.

hmm thought it was some weird kind of chat ban but I guess this is a bug.
