Won't load into games

Tried 2 aram games now to test this, can do everything but when it comes to actually loading the game the screen just goes black and every time I try to reconnect same black screen. Once the game ends it'll load me into the end game credits page. So just clarify I can log into league and even go thru the que just fine but can't load into game or do anything on league till that game ends and then everything goes back to normal.

Is this just me or is there a bug of some kind on this patch? If it's just me how do I fix it?
