[Gameplay] Cursor stuck on blue crosshairs after spamming spells, UNABLE TO PING!

After spamming spells the cursor gets locked into the light blue crosshairs. You can still move and stuff but you can't move the minimap or ping. Happens on Gnar, Syndra, Renekton (slice n dice rapidly especially), and of course, Ryze (ALL THE GODDAMN TIME!). Disappears after spamming spells more, but I can't tell what in particular fixes it. Sometimes spamming gets rid of it again and sometimes not. Please help me and fix this bug, it is infuriating and it makes navigating the minimap really hard since you have to drag your curser to the side to move the map manually.

Has happened to me with LeBlanc's chain. Also her W targeting indicator gets stuck if you WR sometimes. Vayne's condemn has done the crosshairs thing on me too.

Confirmed. have to use the ping commands plus right click to get rid of it but it's annoying. played Yorick ..... Terrible time .

Happens to me all the time on all champs with any ability that changes the cursor. Summoner spells like smite and tp do it, all skill shots, dropping wards. As soon as I disable the indicators option for quick cast there are no problems, other than the fact that I now have to adjust quite a bit to play without the indicator feature. It really needs to be fixed, and acknowledged soon, before it turns into another "death recap" feature.

There are 10+ renekton E bug posts on the forum from the last couple of months but so far no responses from support staff that I can see. I also encountered the bug while playing Gnar. If you want to sloppily circumvent it you can check a box at the bottom of your keybinds menu that says something like 'use spell after spellcast' In my keybinds it is the last option available. The reticle still bugs out, but you can left click and ping like normal after using another ability (q, w, e, etc). So far I haven't found any negative consequences to having this box checked, but I only have one or two games under my belt.

Oh that explains it, it only happened when I played Renekton. No wonder I couldn't replicate it. Yeah this is really annoying. I managed to get it stuck with the red sword cursor as well.
