Random Freezes

Throughout multiple games all animation except character movement and health bar animation will freeze on my screen. I can still run around and see hp bars drop, but I cant see what I'm interacting with or any skill effects. These freezes can last anywhere from 2-94 seconds and happen about twice per game every two-three games. Both internet and gpu have been checked, any ideas?
