Selecting Summoner Spell in reverted Duo Queue crashed my client

I was first pick, and I tried changing my second summoner spell from TP to heal, and after I had selected it, nothing happened. I saw that the spell hadn't actually changed, so I clicked again and an error message popped up (I didn't see what it said, since it was partially obscured by the summoner spell picking thing). Then my client goes down, and my duo partner sees a message that I have left the lobby, but everyone else stays in until the timer expires for my pick.

I did get a delay for abandoning queue, but thus far I don't have a loss counted against me for my promos. I have a screen shot of the message in the lobby from my duo partner's screen, but this doesn't let you attach pictures...
