Changing Summoner Spells greys out Lock In button
I noticed recently that the lock in button was grey, even when I had time remaining to pick. I just noticed how it went grey when I changed one of my summoner spells.

I saw the same thing a few days ago. I was really confused as to what caused it, until just now. Riot, what kind of coding do you use for the Launcher? I've been seeing a lot of weird bugs with it recently. XD
