Changing Summoner Spells greys out Lock In button

I noticed recently that the lock in button was grey, even when I had time remaining to pick. I just noticed how it went grey when I changed one of my summoner spells.

I saw the same thing a few days ago. I was really confused as to what caused it, until just now. Riot, what kind of coding do you use for the Launcher? I've been seeing a lot of weird bugs with it recently. XD

I would recommend next time you encounter that, make a screenshot and include the most relevant pieces (maybe blanking out the other usernames before adding the screenshot, just a suggestion as that is not necessary to be in to show the bug). If a Red does look at this discussion/thread, it may help them better at that time, see also http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/bug-report/3mQGBEjA-how-to-report-a-game-bug, Point #4, which recommends adding screenshots.
