[GAMEPLAY] Evelynn W permanently unavailable

Hi,

I recently encountered a glitch where Evelynn's W never went back on cooldown after being cast. First time it's happened and unfortunately no screenshots, but I can send the match it happened in if it's helpful. I'm guessing it has to do with how her W QoL changes were implemented, something to the effect of it still casted when the target was out of line of sight but then didn't go on cooldown.

If there's anything else I can do to help please let me know; her W is essential to her playstyle.
