[GAMEPLAY] DJ Sona Concussive Form Audio cutoff

The audio clips for the Concussive form of the DJ Sona skin appear bugged; whenever an audio clip plays it only plays a very brief portion of the clip, similar to when an audio clip is cancelled by another action. This has happened every time I've played the skin since at least 8.5, possibly longer. The other forms still play as intended, and rotating in/out of Concussive does not resolve the issue.
