Low Priority Queue - not showing accept game screen

Hi,

I was given a low priority queue status for a game that i missed out on due to never loading in. The game crashed (screen went black, never made it to loading screen) after champion select. CTRL/ALT/DEL task manager was not working as I could not get the task manager over the crashed game screen in order to close out the bugged black screen. So I restarted my computer. I apologize for causing inconvenience to my fellow summoners, however this has not happened before and was a freak occurence.

My current Issue is that once i get through the five minute leaver buster window, the timer freezes on 5:01, does not show a accept game circle, and then tells me that I missed the ready check after 10 seconds. So... then I have to queue up for another give minutes in order to fail again. I have no way around this and can't play the game if I cant accept a queue whatsoever, so I was wondering if others have this glitch or if there is a fix? Thanks for any help you can provide!
