My Client Is not full screen on mac

When I open up my LoL log in and then I realize that my client (beta) is not full screen and it's weird because I know that it has been before so I go to the setting and I go to the window size and there is only one that I have selected so can someone please help i hace tried alt and + but it doesn't work.
