I don't know if it's my wifi or the game

A while ago League and Frontier didn't get along, you''d always have to leave game then re-enter. LAst night my wifi went out during ranked and I restarted my router. I took the punishment of afk even though it was my internet. I played a normal game afterwards with some friends (and struggle) because my wifi was glitching in and out. Today my dad tells me the wifi is back to normal as he called and checked it out. Yay! Right? So i wait to download the patch and it takes a full hour. My wifi is still running fine though as I am able to communicate quickly with my new art commission client. I get done with their sketch and start a ranked game. My champions are all blacked out, OFC I pick Yuumi, Then when waiting to load into the nexus, I get an error, "The game has been interrupted feel free to play something else. My Game client shuts DOWN and I can't log in. But my wifi is still running smoothly
