Freezes after clicking yes to update masteries

My system each time I click on yes or no to up date to the new masteries freezes, I then have to do a hard reboot and then League will not go pass the Launch screen. I have to go into Local Disc< Riot games < League of Legends < RADS < Projects< lol_air_client < releases < 0.0.1.1.136 (If you dont have that one it could be others doesn't matter.) < Delete releasemanifest & S_OK., just to get back to the forcing you to update the masteries. Is there anyway around this issue?

Mine doesn't freeze, I can actually play the game, but I'm unable to access my profile, also, all my icons are gone [zombie-nunu-bummed]

I'm having the same issue... I start up the client and the window pops up to update to new masteries... The weirdest thing is I REMEMBER already updating them and playing a few arams weeks ago... But now when I try to update them (again, second time?), after I press yes or no it freezes and I have to also hard reboot. I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling league to see if by chance that would affect anything. It didn't seem to. Help?
