[Gameplay] 100% of the time when playing as Sion after level 4 his "Q" no longer works and "R" never does. I have only seen this in Match play (thank goodness I haven't tried him in rank). Has anyone else had this issue with the new Sion?
Yes, I just played an aram a few minutes ago and had the same bug. After I respawned I couldnt use my q en r abilites anymore ( I was level 14 at that time).

has happened everygame for me since last update. I can turn them back on after toggling everything to quickcast..then normals, then quickcast. I stand at base and mash my Q till it activates. no idea of a real fix mid fight.
same, happened every single game i've played Sion so far since i've returned to League about a week ago... hope it isn't long lived
