My new username!

So, recently (about a month ago) I changed my account name to Øblivious. I decided to check out my profile online and chose the boards profile. I'm level 60 right now, but it says I'm level 30. Underneath my icon, it also shows many different achievements I didn't get such as getting the platinum icon and the gold icon for the past two seasons. The account is also NA. Beneath that, I decided to check out my game history. That link shows me a completely different profile for "fantastic" and the last game that person played was half a year ago. I tried refreshing the page and logging in to my account again, the same problem. Then I decided to go to settings and see if it really is my account. The email I provided was correct. Is it just my own misunderstanding, or is there a bug? Please explain. My boards account syncing tool also doesn't seem to be working.
