Pulsfire Ezreal bugged

So i just finished an aram game and this happened. During the game ezreal was doing a little stutter step and the upgraded suit at each ult lvl up didnt show. In chat i had no champion name and my passive just read (bad passive; Bad desc) or something like that. It appered like this to both teams. Turned out to be a pretty hilarious game. Oh yeah and when i look at champion tips in game it shows like an old splash for annie? If anyone finds more info on this bug pls tell me why.
