Bug Fix. Total inability to do anything other than type in chat

Im a little angry right now because i just lost my last promo because of this, but there is a game breaking bug (game breaking to me anyways) that caused me to be unable to move cast or aa for around 10-15 seconds. I say its a bug and not lag or disconnecting issues because whenever it was happening i could still my ability smart cast icons when i hit them, and i could see the movement marker on the ground, and i could see everyone else moving casting aaing and fighting each other while i was forced to stand there and do nothing while my team while my team fought and eventually lost the fight because the adc (me) wasn't involved in it. It occurred twice during the match but luckily the first time i wasn't in a game decided team fight. Also i could still type in chat while i was unable to do anything else. I don't know if this is a one time thing or not but its a really annoying way to lose the final match in a best of 5 series.
