Hextech Chest not dropping on any S grades

Ive had a possible chest for almost a week now and I've gotten multiple S grades and many ppl i have played with have also gotten an S and the chest had not dropped into My Hextech Crafting area. I don't know if its a display area and i don't actually have a possible chest or if its actually bugging out and not dropping.
