if the skin was white in the champ preview i would have never spent the RP, so please don't flame this thread I am rightfully entitled to a SKIN refund in accordance to the Law of Digital Purchase.

That's not black hair that's called shadows lol.

I also agree. Looking at the artwork, it looks like a shadow was cast over the white. the left is clearly white, while the right is the shadow cast. I do not think you have a very strong case here, but hey you never know what Riot will do.
