New client

Okay, so I was about to play a ranked game but, I couldn't seem to lock in. It said summoner 3 is picking with 0 seconds left for a while. Then it said that I dodged apparently??? But I couldn't lock in. So I don't really know what's wrong with your client. Should have stayed with the old client if your new one isn't gonna work properly.
