Ranked 3v3 Placement Bugs

So, I'm not sure how many distinct bugs this is, so I'll just list the symptoms. This is for our team Backslash; the other ranked 3s team I'm in works just fine.

• Games played do not appear to be credited towards placement matches. Before today, we had one loss this season, played 1/22/2016. We were shown as 1 game out of 5 played to place. We played three games today and won them all. All three games show up on our personal match histories, but only the second game shows up on the team's match history, and we're listed as being 2 games out of 5 for placements.

• The stats page shows very inconsistent numbers. If I select "All queues" it lists 58 games played out of 5, and if I select "Twisted Treeline" it shows 2 games played, but it has the same champion stats for both pages. It also has weirdly inconsistent stats - it claims that we've only played two games, but it shows us as having played Maokai twice, and we've only played him twice if you count all four games we've actually played this season.
