No Credit for Wins in Ranked 3v3

My ranked team and I just finished a ranked game on Twisted Treeline. We won a game and were informed that we had been placed in series with 1 free win credit. We played another game and were matched against the same team as the last one. After winning the second game, we got stuck on the "Waiting for Stats..." page. The game shows up in our individual match histories but does not show up in the ranked team's match history. We're still in series with one win. This is the only ranked team with all three of us on it, so there's no chance we picked the wrong team or anything like that.

Another ranked team I'm on had a similar issue last month where we played 3 consecutive ranked games and only received credit for one of them. Could we get an update on this issue? It's really frustrating to play 3v3 this season when you know there's a chance you'll get no credit for your wins.
