[Client] Clash Substitutes Lead to Client Display Error

Something that my team and I noticed during the Clash Beta last weekend was that if you add a substitute to your team, the other team still sees the original player. In both of our games, the other team banned 2-3 of our ex-mid laner's most played champions despite the fact that he had been subbed off of the team.
