LOL Matchmaking

I don't know how many times I have to say this but please fix your matchmaking. I just hit level 30 and before then I had fun in all my games. They were really close and I lost some and I won but I never really got mad until now. My past few games I've been playing with players 50-200 levels ahead of me. Most of these players weren't even in a party together. Just because you guys put players of also high level on my team does not clear this problem. I've been targeted by these high level players in game because they see my level in the loading screen and I'm not having fun. Sure this wouldn't be a problem in ranked but will you keep it the same in regular solo queue? Please fix this. So players can have a fun experience with your game.
