LOL Matchmaking

Can you please fix your matchmaking in regular pvp both blind and draft picks. It is not fun for me and new players to go into a game trying to learn the game and get absolutely wrecked and trolled by a level 146 Akali for example. Yes it is true that there are many smurffs out there but there are still a lot of new players. Please fix this asap!
