[Gameplay] Bard auto attack bug

When playing Bard if you move command into a bush with an enemy ward in it Bard will not auto attack any enemy minions or champions in range. This is a common way for supports to check if a bush is warded.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Pick Bard and any other champ on the enemy team.
2. Meet at a lane brush in either top or bot lane.
3. Have enemy champ place a ward in a bush.
4. Right-click move command Bard into the warded brush while the enemy champ is outside of the brush but within auto attack range of Bard
5. Observe that he will not auto attack like other ranged champions would do.

This bug happens always and as far as I can tell Bard never auto attacks the way he is supposed to when in a enemy warded brush and he's within range of minions or champions.
