Chat restrictions disappeared

I had a 75 game chat restriction for a few games where I guess I was pretty toxic but i was told it was more so because I have a history of being toxic. I had around 50 games left, until I logged in and I had none. I went into a custom game and I could talk in all chat just fine. I got one of those "instant feedback" things so does this mean I'm gonna be permabanned? If not am I gonna get those chat restrictions back?
