I can't see any matches history and I wins a ARAM mode, but it wont count any progression

It siad win 3 matches in ARAM, I won 1 match but it wont count in my process and I cant see any of my matches history

I just won a game that I used BackTrack in and I didn't get any credit for it either. Same game I was playing with a friend and he was trying to complete the first mission, which is to just win a single game. He didn't get credit either..... >:(
