LOL wont start after Champ selected in Rank!!

It wont start my game, it stuck in launcher and I lost 50lp+ (3 rounds)!!, give me my LP back pls,I tried Reinstall and Troublshoot, it WOnt work , Relaunch launcher wont work so I have to restart my pc to fix it but it's alwasy too long to complete restarting and after that my team alredy ff.
