Where's ARURF

Hi um, I can't play the winter ARURF game mode for some reason. I don't know if there's some rescheduling I missed or something but when I click on the learn more tab on the main page it says that ARURF should be launching at 8:00 AM on the 19th. But it's the 19th and it's 9:28 so I'm just wondering if it's just me or if it's happening to everyone or if, again, I just missed a memo somewhere.

I hope I don't sound too spoiled saying this but I just want to know, when do I get to play some ARURF?
