[GAMEPLAY] Sorcerer Lux's E ability is invisible for enemy champions

This has happened to me at least 5 or 6 times so far, in ARAM, normal games and URF games. Whenever her E is casted, you don't see any animation, just Lux moving, and the explosion animation once she recasts E. You cannot see the ball, or the limits of the area, the only thing you notice is the slow. I think this is the 3rd time I report this bug, please fix it....
