[GAMEPLAY] Leona + Targon's Brace Crash

Everytime I play Leona and upgrade Relic Shield to Targon's Brace, the game will crash and I would get a bugsplat window, but it would let me instantly reconnect. But after reconnnecting. the game will keep crashing forever everytime I get in. This crash doesn't apply the disconnection protocol (to go back to base automatically), so I would just stay wherever I was. This seems to happen more likely when a Graves is on either team.

Please fix this, as this item is really useful for Leona, and makes the gameplay really bad.
