Rune page crash

Cannot access runepage, either clicking "collection" > "Runes" or when in champion select. Doing so gives a bugsplat and reloads the client.

This happens every time, after reboot, or reloading the client. Maybe 1 in 10 games it doesn't happen.

While this is happening I also cannot access the end game graph (Advanced Details) or "Profile" > "Match History" > "Stats"

Having healing runes permanently really really sucks....
