Patcher Stuck

Ok so the client just updated and the patcher loaded to 100% but got stuck there, so I closed the client and ran it as Admin, and now the patcher is stuck at 0. If it helps at all when I first started the game tonight, the updater was stuck on O eta and O mb so i closed that, restarted, got set to an earlier version then updated and I am on windows 8 with a computer that's a few years old

I just want to play the freaking game Riot why do your updates like to just not work? Can anyone help?
