Amumu W mana cost

Recently played vs an amumu who just had their W active almost all game with seemingly no mana cost so I clicked on them to check and their mana was only going up from the base regen amount with no loss from the W being active. There was no blue buff or mana regen items on amumu or anything giving him mana other than jungle item though this was happening in and out of the jungle
