All my rune pages got deleted..again

everytime i log off and log in my rune pages are gone. ive also watched like the entire 8 hour msi day one video twice and not received credit for the quest despite being logged into league and the league site at the time. i just followed the suggested videos after play ins and didnt even get a credit for that. is something wrong with my client

I too have faced this issue. It appears that every time the League Client has to update or amend something, it resets the "SEASON 9" notification which leads to ALL of my rune pages to disappear.

I would be most grateful if the Riot team can address this issue.

this has been happening to me in the last few patches. it's extremely annoying.
