This is getting insane... Rito pls fix this ffs

Yesterday I got into my promos for Gold III and I've already won a match.Today,I waited about 20 minutes to get into my LoL client.I thought it was just a small bug and nothing else.I queued up for a ranked game.I joined pretty quickly tbh.In champ select,I picked Aatrox and everything was fine.Well,atleast I thought it was...

While I was waiting for the game to load,I noticed that the bar suddenly stopped.I thought it was nothing and proceeded to wait.I have waited for 3 minutes,and then I realized the game won't load.I tried reconnecting a couple of times,but it didn't work.I got pissed when I saw the end game stats screen and a message saying I'm going to get lower rewards due to AFK behaviour.I was like,I don't care,I'll just jump in one more game,win it and get Gold III.But unfortunately,the same thing happened again.When I saw that I lost my promos and that I have lower queue times due to being AFK(20 minutes before you ACTUALLY queue up),I got SUPER PISSED.

I don't know anymore...I'm afraid this will happen again.If it does,I will stop playing this game.Well Riot,if you want to actually improve your game,then try to fix all the 100000000 bugs before selling more Lux skins.

EDIT:I never actually leave games on purpose.I find this 20 minutes queue time to be extremely annoying and time consuming.Fix?
