Game won't load after champ select.

I am sick of this game.My screen just froze at 94% and then I tried to reconnect,but it didn't work.My network connection is fine and my ping is fine.And of course,I got the 20 min ban. Please Riot,fix this.I don't deserve this ban and lp loss.
