[GAMEPLAY] Azir can't hurt inhibitors with a soldier nearby

As azir, either you can't do damage or the damage numbers just don't pop up (Seems like you can't actually do damage though), when you have a soldier very close to the object. I KNOW it happens with inhibitors, not sure about towers, but if you summon a soldier and then Q them right next to the inhibitor, then attack the inhibitor, you will get the animation and the sound but no damage.
